  • Dispute Resolution Commitment: We take chargeback fraud and unrecognised dispute filings very seriously. Initiating a dispute with your bank without contacting us first delays the resolution process. If you do not recognise a charge from Seduction Ave. or have an issue with your order, you agree to contact our support team at hello@seductionave.com.au first. We respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours and will work with you directly to resolve issues swiftly.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. All items are shipped in plain, discreet packaging to protect your privacy.
